As the function of miR-196b-5p and its relationship with IGF2BP1 in OC are still unclear, we first examined the expression levels of miR-196b-5p and the IGF2BP1 mRNA in OC cells and normal ovarian epithelial cells and found that miR-196b-5p was upregulated and IGF2BP1 was downregulated in ovarian cancer cells compared with control cells (Figures 8F,G). This evidence concerns the gene IGF2BP1 and ovarian carcinoma.
