MKI67 and breast cancer: Univariate logistic regression analysis revealed that good response (Grades 3–5) to NAC in early-stage HR+/HER2− BC was significantly associated with N-stage 2–3, Anthracycline-taxane or clinical PR (N-stage: p = 0.042, OR 2.25, 95% CI 1.03–4.92; primary systemic therapy: p = 0.014, OR 4.48, 95% CI 1.35–14.84; clinical response: p = 0.010, OR 0.33, 95% CI 0.14–0.77), while it was unrelated to age, clinical tumor stage, clinical stage, PR, Ki-67, and molecular subtypes (Table 3).
