After analyzing the relationship between HNRNPA2B1 and each clinical parameter from the TCGA database, we found that HNRNPA2B1 was overexpressed in tumors (Figure 4D) and HNRNPA2B1 expression was significantly correlated with tumor stage, T-class, and metastasis (Figures 4E–G) but without grade (Figure 4H). This evidence concerns the gene HNRNPA2B1 and neoplasm.
