In this work, we investigate (i) unexplored structure of the STAT-JAK2-Bcl-2-BAX signalling pathways, (ii) how changes in IFN-β, STATs and JAK2 affect cancer progression, (iii) development of optimized treatment scheme in a polymedicine approach (IFN−β+JAK2 inhibitor). Here, IFNB1 is linked to cancer.
