Mothers were asked about their peanut allergy status and dietary changes regarding peanut consumption during pregnancy.Selected children underwent SPT. SPT was considered positive if wheal size ≥ 3 mm in presence of negative control and wheal size of at least 3 mm to histamine (1:10w/v). Sera from children with positive SPT were tested for peanut-specific IgE using ImmunoCAP.Those showing IgE sensitization underwent OFC.
