In the present study, we employed four traditional natural plants with anti-tumor effects, respectively Curcuma longa L., Tripterygium Wilfordii, Rhizoma Paridis, and Reynoutria japonica Houtt, to screen the TIPE2 regulator fighting against gastric cancer in BGC823 cells, and found that the ethyl acetate extraction of Rhizoma Paridis exerted the induction of TIPE2 expression and inhibition of cellular proliferation. Here, TIPE2 is linked to neoplasm.
