CENPA and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: To verify the presumption of bioinformatics analysis, the western blotting assays were performed, and we found that the silencing of CENPA could significantly downregulate the expression of β-catenin (CTNNB1) and its target gene cyclin D1 (CCND1) in ccRCC (Fig. 6C), whereas the overexpression of CENPA could upregulate the expression of β-catenin (CTNNB1) and cyclin D1 (CCND1) in ccRCC (Fig. 6D).
