CD4 and neoplasm: To elucidate the association between infiltrating immune cells and THCA, we estimated the infiltration of tumor immune cells between high- and low-risk groups of patients and found that the high-risk groups had higher proportions of naive B-cells naïve, activated CD4 memory T-cells, resting dendritic cells, and resting mast cells, while the low-risk groups’ scores were positively correlated with the proportions of activated NK cells and activated mast cells.
