NCR1 and neoplasm: The macrophages and NK cells in the brains of saline-treated mice were mainly located at the surrounding area of the entire tumor but rarely infiltrated into the central area of the tumor; however, treatment with OV-Q1 or OV-αCD47-G1 substantially increased intratumoral infiltration of CD11b(+) macrophages and NKp46(+) NK cells (Fig. 4c, d; anti-CD11b; anti-NKp46).
