BTK and common variable immunodeficiency: Indeed, we found that BTK inhibition significantly reduced the IFN-γ response to bacterial DNA stimulation in these patients with CVID (mean IFN-γ 476.0 pg/mL [bacterial DNA stimulation] vs. 83.9 pg/mL [bacterial DNA stimulation + BTK inhibition], P < 0.0001, Figure 5D).
