Treatment with quetiapine led to an increase in GCase protein levels (Figure 3A) as well as enzyme activity (Figure 3B) and partially reduced the accumulation of α-synuclein in the Triton-soluble (Figure 3C) as well as Triton-insoluble fraction (Supplemental Figure 3) in neurons from patients with LRRK2 PD (LRRK2-PD1). Here, LRRK2 is linked to Parkinson disease.
