Our study consistently showed that high expression of MTDH in diverse cancers is likely to be a lower enrichment for Th1 cells, B cells, and CD4/CD8 memory cells (including central memory and effector memory T cell), involved in the immune response ejection and maintenance to viral or tumor antigens (Bagarazzi et al., 2012; Egelston et al., 2021; Helmink et al., 2020; Sharma et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene MTDH and cancer.
