MTDH and melanoma: Interestingly, m6A RNA methylation was reported to regulate T cell-mediated pathogenesis (Li et al., 2017a) and immunotherapy sensitivity in colorectal cancer (Wang et al., 2020) and melanoma (Li et al., 2020; Yang et al., 2019) and implied that the positive correlation of m6A RNA methylation with MTDH might contribute to the mechanism of MTDH in immunotherapy resistance.
