Our results confirmed that MAP2K2 (p < 0.01; Figure 8B), IRAK1 (p < 0.01; Figure 8C), RAC1 (p < 0.05; Figure 8D), TRAF3 (p < 0.01; Figure 8E), MAP3K7 (p < 0.05; Figure 8F), and SPP1 (p < 0.001; Figure 8G) were all markedly upregulated in HCC compared with normal liver tissues at the protein levels. This evidence concerns the gene MAP2K2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
