At 2–3 weeks, Ifng−/−Pld3−/−Pld4−/− mice showed substantial liver inflammation, anemia, thrombocytopenia, hemophagocytosis and myeloid cell infiltration within the liver, blood monocyte elevations, and strikingly reduced numbers of B cells, T cells and NK cells (Supplementary Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and Thrombocytopenia.
