After pooling all data from 7,157 cases and 6,440 controls for the rs3877899 polymorphism and 2,278 cases and 2,821 controls for the rs7579 polymorphism, a null significant association was identified between SEPP1 polymorphism and cancers (prostate, breast, and colorectal cancer) in all comparative models.
