We found that the ratios (CD8+/CD4+ regulatory T cells, pro-/anti-inflammatory cytokines, and M1/M2 macrophages) were significantly higher in EP300-mutated than those in EP300-wild-type cancers in multiple cancer types (two-tailed Student’s t-test, p < 0.05) (Figure 2B). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is cancer.
