Hashimoto et al. found that miR-940 is highly expressed in EVs from highly osteotropic prostate cancer cells, and promotes osteoblastic/osteosclerotic bone lesions by targeting Rho GTPase Activating Protein 1 (ARHGAP1) and family with sequence similarity 134 member A (FAM134A) (90). This evidence concerns the gene ARHGAP1 and prostate carcinoma.
