Our study showed that in patients with metastatic melanoma, the low expression of microRNAs, miR-3662 and miR-429, led to the upregulation of the expression of target genes, CSF2RB, ZNF831and PKIA, while the transcription of differentially expressed mRNA played a specific role in the tumor phenotype. This evidence concerns the gene CSF2RB and metastatic melanoma.
