We obtained four groups of ceRNA regulatory triplets present in metastatic melanoma patients, in which AC104024.1 and RP11-594N15.3 served as key endogenous sponges that upregulated the expression level of target genes CSF2RB, ZNF831, and PKIA by competitive adsorbing miR-346 and miR-3662, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CSF2RB and metastatic melanoma.
