Li et al. (2017a) identified the upregulation of FOXP4 antisense RNA 1 (FOXP4-AS1) in CRC tissues and cell lines, and its overexpression was positively correlated with advanced pathological stages and a larger tumor size. Li et al. (2017b) identified the upregulation of prostate androgen-regulated transcript 1 (PART1) in tumors, and high PART1 expression indicated shorter DFS in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The gene discussed is FOXP4; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
