If ImNs expressing LOX-1, PD-L1, or CD123 represented a few percent of COVID-19 blood neutrophils (Figure 2D; see also Figure 1C), these subsets were much more present in patient BALs with ImNs expressing LOX-1 being the major subset, representing about 40% of total neutrophils.
