With the advent of anti-CD38 ADCs [22], radiotherapies [23] as well as other classes of immunotoxins for use in MM [18], the NIR-labelling techniques applied in this manuscript can be used to visualize similar immunoconjugates in preclinical MM models in vitro and in vivo for more efficient clinical translation in MM.
