Based on the IPA network analysis (Figure 4A), and WB validation, it is tempting to speculate that CD146, CD99 and CD239 are downstream PI3K effectors involved in pro-angiogenic [66] malignant stroma [67] regulated metastasis [40] and may be explored as potential immunotherapeutic cell surface targets in the context of KRasG12C driven NSCLC.
