Consistently, western blot analysis revealed that the increased expression of miR-155 in the retina of 15-month-old 3xTg-AD mice was paralleled by a significant decrease of SOCS-1 expression, whereas treatment with anti-TNFSF10 antibody restored SOCS-1 to basal levels (Fig. 3C, D).
