This review firstly describes the biology of TSLP, IL-25, and IL-33 in asthma pathogenesis and their effect on both Th2 and ILC type 2 (ILC2) responses, then it presents an overview of recent and novel therapies targeting TSLP and alarmins, particularly tezepelumab, as a promising therapeutic approach in patients with asthma. Here, IL33 is linked to asthma.
