TSLP and asthma: Starting from the seminal work of Gauvreau et al. in 2014, clinical studies of tezepelumab, a first-in-class human IgG2 monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to TSLP, blocking it from interacting with its heterodimeric receptor, have shown effects in a broad population of patients with uncontrolled asthma [35–38,39▪▪].
