Among these associated pathways, the immune‐related pathways were upregulated (such as B‐cell receptor signaling pathways, T‐cell receptor signaling, Toll‐like receptor signaling pathway) in cervical cancer cases with high expression of HOXA1, whereas little of enriched KEGG pathways was observed in cervical cancer cases with high expression of HOXA10 (Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene HOXA10 and cervical carcinoma.
