Owing to the complex regulatory mechanism of TTN-AS1 in breast cancer by regulating the miR-524-5p/RRM2 axis [16] or miR-139-5p/ZEBI axis [17], the effect of TTN-AS1 on OSCC progression might involve other miRNAs or mRNAs, which needs to be explored further.
