Among the ER and/or PR+ and HER2- subgroups, TP53 (OR: 15.9, 95% CI: 4.6–54.6); BRCA2 (OR: 12.8, 95% CI: 8.9–17.7); BRCA1 (OR: 5.6, 95% CI: 3.5–9.2); and PALB2 (OR: 6.0, 95% CI: 3.4–10.5) were still classified as high risk breast cancer susceptibility genes (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast carcinoma.
