The mean age at diagnosis of breast cancer patients with pathogenic variants of TP53 (41.8 years vs. 51.4 years, P = 5.00 × 10−6); BRCA2 (47.8 years vs. 51.4 years, P = 2.95 × 10−7); BRCA1 (44.7 years vs. 51.4 years, P = 1.01 × 10−11); PALB2 (47.6 years vs. 51.4 years, P = 0.02); and RAD51D (46.3 years vs. 51.4 years, P = 0.02) was significantly younger than that of noncarriers (Table 4).
