This pattern is further highlighted and exemplified in (Figure 4(f–h)) by cg21911000- CD28 and cg20706768- EGFR that are less methylated in MS and RA respectively but increase in methylation during pregnancy in contrast to cg25407448- PRKCZ in SLE that was less methylated in both disease and during 2nd trimester pregnancy.
