A recent study byHe et al. revealed interacting partners of FOSL1in triple-negative breast cancer cells, many of which were reproduciblyidentified in our analysis (COL1A2, JUN, JUNB, CLTB, CLTC, FUBP3,KHDRBS1, RBM14, DDX17, HNRNPR, and XRN2).83 In addition, we found FOSL1 to associate with clathrin-binding adaptorproteins. The gene discussed is FOSL1; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
