CXCL10/IP10, a negative regulator of tumor growth and promoter of CD8+ T cell tumor infiltration in human prostate LNCaP cells (56), was expressed at comparable levels (~6 pg/mg) in all treatment groups (data not shown), despite low tumor levels of its chief inducer, IFN-γ (fg/mg; see Figure 7B).
