Moreover, we performed a series of cell experiments to study the association between miR-1225 and FNDC3B, finding that further overexpression of FNDC3B in glioma cells transfected in miR-1225 mimics could reverse the inhibitory effects of miR-1225 mimics on glioma cell migration and proliferation, indicating that miR-1225 played a critical role in carcinogenesis via inhibition of FNDC3B.
