Under this background and ceRNA network hypothesis, our study identified 95 dysexpressed lncRNAs, such as DIAPH3-AS1, NCBP2-AS1, ALG9-IT1, PRR7-AS1, SLC25A5-AS1, and TBL1XR1-AS1, which were strongly correlated with the progression of esophageal carcinoma. Here, ALG9 is linked to carcinoma of esophagus.
