The PBK/TOPK mRNA was expressed at higher levels in tumors than in normal tissues in most tumors' datasets from Oncomine, such as bladder cancer, brain and CNS cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, head and neck cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, lymphoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, and sarcoma (Figure 1(a)). Here, PBK is linked to lung carcinoma.
