HCP5 and multiple sclerosis: HCP5 is associated with several autoimmune diseases including psoriatic arthritis (Liu et al., 2008), systemic lupus erythematosus (Ciccacci et al., 2014), and Graves’ disease (Lane et al., 2020); and OIP5-AS1 was found to play a critical role in the ceRNA network of multiple sclerosis (Ding et al., 2021).
