We further verified the protein levels of the four hub genes by immunohistochemistry, and the results showed that TP53, IDH1, C3, and TCF12 were significantly more highly expressed in glioma than in neuronal cells (Figures 3A–H), and this result was consistent with the expression of mRNA, further demonstrating the potential of applying these four genes as mRNA vaccines. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and central nervous system cancer.
