The GSEA analysis indicated that the tumor hallmarks correlated with the low-risk group, which may be involved in the regulation of several immune-associated signaling pathways, such as tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα)/nuclear factor kappa-B (NFκB), interleukin 2 (IL2)/signal transducers and activators of transcription 5 (STAT5), etc. (Figures 6A, B). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and neoplasm.
