Conversely, female POAG patients had significantly greater levels of APOA1 (FC = 1.36; p < 0.01), APOA2 (FC = 1.21; p = 0.03), APOA4 (FC = 1.30; p = 0.04), APOC3 (FC = 1.38; p = 0.01), and APOD (FC = 1.20; p = 0.04) compared to cataract patients (Fig. 3).
