CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Immuno‐oncology (IO) combinatorial treatment (IO‐chemotherapy), which combines platinum doublet chemotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), such as anti‐programmed cell death‐1 (PD‐1)/programmed death ligand‐1 (PD‐L1) antibody and anti‐cytotoxic T‐lymphocyte antigen‐4 antibody, is one of the optimal first‐line treatment strategies for advanced or recurrent non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with negative or unknown status of oncogenic driver mutations.
