We found that PC patients with high transcriptional levels of UGT1A1 (P = 0.0043), UGT1A4 (P = 0.0017), UGT1A5 (P = 0.02), UGT1A6 (P = 0.0036), and UGT1A10 (P = 0.00046) were significantly associated with shorter OS (Figure 7). The gene discussed is UGT1A5; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
