Figure 2B and Table 1 show that the cell cycle, CRC, DNA replication, fatty acid metabolism, NOD-like receptor, p53, protein export, and RNA degradation signaling pathways have positive correlations with CDKs, while basal cell carcinoma, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis, and Hedgehog signaling pathways have negative correlations with CDKs.
