AM-AS compound may improve oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammation, and reducing insulin resistance to treat diabetic glomerular disease and renal fibrosis by acting on IL-6, TP53, VEGFA, TNF, and other targets to regulating TNF signaling pathway, insulin resistance, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway, etc. The possibility of treating DN with the AM-AS compound was preliminarily verified by molecular docking. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and renal fibrosis.
