GFAP and Alzheimer disease: Immunofluorescence co-localization study with neuronal and glial cell markers confirmed that m6A immunoreactivity was dramatically reduced in MAP 2-positive neurons (Fig. 1 G,H) but increased in GFAP-positive astrocytes (Fig. S1 A-C) and some iba-1 positive microglia (Fig. S1 D) in AD brains.
