We found that hsa_circ_0016148 can bind nine miRNAs (hsa‐miR‐31‐3p, hsa‐miR‐31‐5p, hsa‐miR‐623, hsa‐miR‐634, hsa‐miR‐658, hsa‐miR‐1229‐3p, hsa‐miR‐1229‐5p, hsa‐miR‐1304‐3p, and hsa‐miR‐1304‐5p) to regulate the downstream target genes, which are associated with multiple key biological processes and cancer‐related signal pathways, such as Ras protein signal transduction, regulation of mRNA metabolic process, intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and signal transduction by p53 class mediator. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is cancer.
