Potassium channel subfamily K member 3 (KCNK3, also known as TASK-1) belongs to a member of potassium channel proteins, and the suppression of KCNK3 acts as a leading player in the pathogenesis of pulmonary arterial hypertension pathogenesis with increased proliferation and inflammation (Antigny et al. 2016).
