In conclusion, using Tau KO, IL-6 KO, and CypD KO young mice as the transgenic approaches and employing anesthetic sevoflurane as a clinically relevant tool, we demonstrated that Tau phosphorylation might cause IL-6 elevation, which induced mitochondrial dysfunction, leading to synaptic loss and cognitive impairment in young mice. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and Cognitive impairment.
