Based on the reports, the molecular mechanisms of ncRNAs involved in BC drug resistance include 1) ncRNAs as a target gene of drugs and influencing its effects, 2) ncRNAs acting as ceRNAs to modulate BC cell sensitivity and drug resistance, 3) ncRNAs regulating cancer cell apoptosis and cell cycle transfer, and 4) ncRNAs inducing BC cell drug resistance through NF-KB, mTOR, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways. This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and breast cancer.
