The results of correlation analysis between SUCLG2P2 and SUCLG2 showed that there was a significant correlation between them, and both of them were downregulated in colon cancer, which also had a high degree of homology, indicating that they may have similar mechanisms in promoting the occurrence of colon cancer, which is our further research direction. The gene discussed is SUCLG2P2; the disease is malignant colon neoplasm.
