The results showed that the culture supernatant of CD4+T cell from H. pylori-positive gastritis patients induced higher levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-6 and IL-1ββas well as chemokine macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP-3α) and CCL-25 in GES-1 cells compared to the supernatant of CD4+T cell from healthy controls (Figures 6A–D).
