Recently, a multicenter retrospective study suggested that patients with 4H leukodystrophy (hypomyelination, hypodontia, and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism) may have more obvious GH secretion reduction and deficiency of various anterior pituitary hormones, such as FSH and LH (36). This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
