Notably, overexpression of JAK1 is associated with undesirable prognosis in patients with stage 1 NSCLC (OS: HR, 1.46, 95% CI from 1.06 to 2.00, P = 0.02) and without lymph node metastasis (PFS: HR, 2.18, 95% CI from 1.06 to 4.46, P = 0.029), which implicit early NSCLC patients with JAK1 overexpression may have a poor prognosis.
